Sports Injuries
At PlayOn Physio, we specialise in the assessment, treatment and rehabilitation of sports injuries.
Milo's extensive experience working in professional football across 10years has seen him learn and apply his trade in both A-League and Australian National Youth Teams. Milo is also actively undergoing his Titling process to complete his Masters In Sports Medicine.
The key difference in rehabilitating sports injuries is understanding the player, their position and their sports demands. The program, the intensity and demands need to reflect positional and sport specific demands the athlete will undergo when returning to their sport. Milo's extensive experience across both Sport Science and Physiotherapy roles provide him a unique advantage in being able to reverse engineer the rehabilitation process in which he starts with the discharge goals in mind and works backwards.
Play On Physiotherapy is a sports leading clinic in Brisbane, bringing elite-level sports physiotherapy knowledge and evidence-based rehabilitation principles to our clinic in Upper Mount Gravatt.
Whether you're recovering from an ACL injury, meniscus tear, hamstring strain, complex groin injury, ankle sprain or muscle tear, we provide individualised rehabilitation programs designed to restore strength, improve performance and reduce the risk of re-injury.
From weekend warriors to professional athletes, our goal is to help you recover stronger, move confidently and get back to performing at your best.
